Dance Wear Requirements

Pre-Primary

3-5 year olds

Creative Movement
Creative Ballet/Tap
Pre-Primary Ballet
Pre-Primary Tap/Jazz
Pre-Primary Acro/Hip Hop

Girls uniform:

• Mondor #1635 bodysuit in “Academy Blue”

• Clean pink ballet tights

• Capezio #2037C ballet shoe (applies to Ballet and Jazz)

• Capezio 3800C - Mary Jane Tap Shoe in “Tan” (only applies to classes that involve Tap)

• Acro/Hip Hop should wear bodysuit only with bare legs and bare feet

• Hair should be tied back neatly off the face

• If your dancer gets cold during the winter months, they may wear the Bloch CZ0989 sweater in black. No baggy hoodies or sweaters will be permitted in class.

Boys uniform:

• Clean white t-shirt

• Clean black leggings or bike shorts

• Black ballet slippers (ballet and jazz)

• Capezio 443C - Tic Tap Toe Tap Shoe in “Black” (only applies to classes that involve Tap)

• Acro/Hip Hop should wear shorts and t-shirt only with bare legs and bare feet

• Hair should be tied back neatly off the face

• If your dancer gets cold during the winter months, they may wear a black, form fitting sweater or cardigan. No baggy hoodies or sweaters will be permitted in class.

Ballet

Girls uniform:

• Mondor #03505 bodysuit in “Black”

• Clean pink ballet tights

• Capezio #2037C ballet shoe

• Proper, neat ballet bun with pins and hairnet. Dancers with short hair must have it tied back neatly off the face.

• If your dancer gets cold during the winter months, they may wear the Bloch CZ0989 sweater in black. No baggy hoodies or sweaters will be permitted in class.

• All items can be purchased at The Dance Shop or Just Imagine

Boys uniform:

• Clean white t-shirt, black bike shorts or leggings

• Black ballet shoes

• Dancers with long hair must have it tied back neatly off the face.

• If your dancer gets cold during the winter months, they may wear a black, form fitting sweater or cardigan. No baggy hoodies or sweaters will be permitted in class.

Jazz, Contemporary, Lyrical, Musical Theatre

Girls uniform:

• Mondor #03505 bodysuit in “Black”

• May choose VCDC crop tank instead of bodysuit - email us if you would like to purchase one for your dancer

• Clean tights and/or black bike shorts or leggings

• Capezio H064W - Hanami Pirouette shoe

• Hair tied back neatly off the face

• If your dancer gets cold during the winter months, they may wear the Bloch CZ0989 sweater in black. No baggy hoodies or sweaters will be permitted in class.

• Senior 2 dancers may wear any black bodysuit of their choosing
